These Terms govern your access to and use of ANCWin. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use ANCWin.

1. What ANCWin Does

ANCWin monitors the official SAM.gov system for federal contract opportunities, scores them against the profile you provide, and delivers digests and intelligence. ANCWin is an informational tool. It does not submit bids, provide legal or proposal advice, or act as your agent with any government agency.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (e.g. Starter $99/month, Professional $199/month) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact peter@ancwin.com within 30 days and we will review your request in good faith.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, resell it without authorization, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Federal contracting is competitive and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. ANCWin does notguarantee that you will win, qualify for, or be awarded any contract. Opportunity data originates from SAM.gov and is provided “as is”; while we work to keep it accurate and timely, you are responsible for verifying details against the official solicitation before acting.

7. Intellectual Property

The ANCWin software, scoring methodology, and content are our property. Your account data and contracting profile remain yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANCWin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

10. Governing Law & Contact
